ACHIEVING GOALS

Achieving Goals is a registered NDIS provider. We aim to give people with disabilities more CHOICE and CONTROL over their care; promoting equity of access to services and support. Achieving Goals is determined to reduce barriers for people with disabilities. We work hard so that children, young people, and adults have access to the services they need to ACHIEVE their goals. We provide participants with helpful strategies, in a safe, calming, and supportive environment. We support agency, plan-managed and self-managed participants. YOUR goals are OUR goals!
